Concentration in Cinematography
Discovering the art of cinematography in college, Jordan proceeded to pursue film as a career. He worked on countless productions throughout college and studied still photography as well. Trained in the Czech Republic at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU University) located in the heart of Prague. Having learned an Eastern European feel for the art, it greatly enhanced his eye for vitality. Furthermore, in his last semester, he interned and was trained at Clairmont Camera in North Hollywood.
Having graduated Emerson College with a BA in Film, he immediately embarked on a documentary that has taken him across the country twice. The film is about the Japanese American Internment Camps that took place during World War II. Jordan filmed over 50 interviews and shot in numerous states ranging from Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, New York, Boston, Ohio, and more.
Jordan currently resides just outside New York City in Long Island.
